Prep for Success

1. Complete Marketing Profile

Once you set up your Marketing Profile in Command, your information is automatically added to marketing content you send to consumers and to your KW App and Site. This helps you work faster because your information is reused on marketing content without you updating it each time. Your profile includes your photo, logo, contact information, and other details you choose that allow you to stand out as an expert agent.

2. Add Contacts

Your database is your business. It is important to build daily habits and to be very purposeful with how you communicate to both leads and contacts. Command Contacts enables you to organize and keep track of all of your contacts and leads, with the most customization and flexibility as possible. We then sync all of these contacts and leads across all Keller Cloud applications, to make everything seamless.

3. Add Smartplans

SmartPlans is the applet we use to automate your listing checklists, marketing touchpoints, and drip campaigns. Before you can start utilizing a SmartPlan, you must go to the SmartPlans library and add it to your My SmartPlans list. Once it is in your My SmartPlans list, you can start adding contacts and get it started. 

Not only can you utilize KWRI created SmartPlans, but all KW associates have the ability to publish their own SmartPlans, and you can utilize any of these.

Once you have SmartPlans in your My SmartPlans list, you can start adding contacts.

2. Create an Opportunity

Manage your entire book of business within a single, easy-to-use dashboard that allows you to drag-and-drop deals between customizable stages.
